I don't think this is the best idea. This way you are delaying the processing for everybody. Especially if people "join you". You could post on twitter and tag them.

Hi, Can you please tell me what do you mean by portal access? When you got PPR email, don't you have to just fill the annex and send the passport to VO?

How do i request for enrolment number ? or it will be sent automatically ?

When you login and click on OINP, it asks for enrolment number. I have not recieved any such thing. Did any one get it ?
