Please guys do not use Purolator for your shipment to processing center. As they will gouge you out of your money. They receive as much application as the can before submitting to processing center this is my 2 cent.

Hi there, Purolator did the same thing to me also. I submitted my application in September of 2018 and the application was returned in January of 2019 with stamps saying that cic had started working on my application and they just wanted me to correct the part where I put down my SIN number...

But they entered it on to ECAS my application was received on Sept. 11 and i was told that they will no enter it on ECAS if the application is not complete. However they did in my case. but my wife application never came online and we have the same receipt of payment.

Same here, I still don't have AOR. my Ecas went active last week and i check today and it was gone and i could not track it any longer. I called them and i was told that they don't have my file on there computer. This is really unbelievable.
