    August 2019 - Citizenship Applicants

Show me where does it say decision made = grant of citizenship ? Also if you read the complete sentence,, one cannot be a citizen before taking oath: Persons 14 years of age or over who are granted citizenship must take an Oath of Citizenship in order to become citizens. Their legal status...

210,930 Citizenship Grant Applications PENDING - including 42,000 awaiting citizenship ceremony and 87,000 awaiting citizenship test (as of May 2020)

There is a whole bunch of clowns who are creating unnecessary panic. Based on some woodoo calculations these geniuses are projecting a 17 year backlog !! One of them even claimed that virtual ceremonies are happening because he and his activist buddies "pressured" IRCC. lol...

    August 2019 - Citizenship Applicants

Stop misleading people here...."decision made" does not mean "granted citizenship". Decision is an outcome, and it does not mean approval. Citizenship is granted after the Oath.

For fear mongering and creating panic. Analogy here is .. yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre. It is criminal.

"I say I am a tax payer from day 1 in Canada (unlike those born here)" So ? Are you the only tax payer in this country, or are you implying people born here don't pay taxes? For the taxes you pay there are also benefits that you reap .. healthcare included. No organization is functioning...

    August 2019 - Citizenship Applicants

Just ignore these hyperactive souls. Bottom line is that there is a situation which is beyond our control. One can either (a) stay positive, patient and happy, OR (b) chose to hyperventilate, criticize everything under the sun, and be pessimistic. It's a choice. Good you for that you selected...

    August 2019 - Citizenship Applicants

"....it's our right to get citizenship on time." Get you facts straight.. Canadian Citizenship is a privilege and not your right. Prioritizing resources is the prerogative of IRCC and there are very good reasons to prioritize PR process over citizenship grants.. Yes, it is inconvenient for you...

    August 2019 - Citizenship Applicants

What do you mean by "excuses" ? COVID is a reality, and if IRCC is taking precautions to keep its employees (and applicants) safe no one should have a problem with it. Too bad your application is delayed but safety comes first. If you have a genuine need there are available channels to expedite.

Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

From a ton of nonsense that you just dumped here I'll just pick on point #5. Let me say this that for every right thinking child their parents' and Grandparents' company is PRICELESS. How dare you insult that by making this petty statement. It is not a question of $100-200 - it is that of a...

Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

You are correct.. It is getting crazier by the year. People have already started a thread for 2017; it is very likely that next year every one will rush to the local couriers and first 2 hours would be crucial . Happy road express had 700 apps this year - I won't be surprised if that number...
