So, I already paid RPRF once I got request email this morning, and I also got apologize email. Do you guys think my RPRF can be upfront? or should I call CIC center?

I got same email with 'SinaCEC'. I paid as I finishied reading this email and I think eventhough I paid this now, it shouldn't be a problem as long as it is not a scam. :)

I have a question. If I apply with this way do I had better apply by mail or on-line? and after I apply BOWP, if I get AOR should I mail this, too? or immigration officers can check through their system?
