How does one check EACS status online?? Do we have to get confirmation on CC/DD charge before itself?

Any news on NOC 2171? I don't see any 2171's reporting except one on 2nd September. Have everyone in Aug 2171 charged CC/Encashed DD? Mine is 2171 & Received on 30 Sep!

While My Brain Agrees with this, My Heart does not - If that was the case, 90% of this forum will also be comment less :). But yeah... September applicants, especially the 2171 guys including me needs to go to some meditation retreat!

I wouldn't trust india postal service all that much! Have not had very good experience with them.. Especially passport related stuff - i've been asked for money once - reason "Congratulations on getting passport - i delivered passport safely, so 'bhaksheesh' ". I told him - you should be giving...

So everyone in DD is input to capping, but CC charge is done first to make sure there is no issues? technically DD's are safe! CC might have issues like rejecting for overseas "swipe" above single transaction limit etc! Interesting/.........

What percentage of people are called for interview? I've heard about 80% for Q & about 15% for FSW... Is that true?
