if the refusal reason is for not complying with the medical request then u should do the medical,n if the reason mentioned are someother then no point of doing medical

Most likely if u get medical request ..u r almost there...

Most likely in 90% cases...before approval they request medical...

Actually this is a very messy situation.your best option is to get back to the initial program for which ur study permit was approved be it in sept 2023.according to ircc u cannot change program before even entering canada.after entering canada its a different story.take deferrel to the sept...
