I got 390 points. Still confused about how they calculated the Skill transferability factors. Have 5+ years of exp in 2173 with IELTS CLB10 in 2 bands CLB9 and 8 in other bands (though this cannot be seen and only the band scores are to be entered while creating EE profile).

Well even if they pick someone with no job offer, they still shortlist the top scorers one way or the other. It may not be like they only calculate the first 600 points and take from that list.....right? ::)

Yeah even BC requires a candidate to have a job offer in order to apply. Manitoba is not quite clear but Saskatchewan looks fine. I understood that through express entry the provinces will also have access to candidates pool and can pick up suitable candidates on their own to apply for a PNP...

If you don't have 67 points then don't go for it, but if you think you can score enough points in coming months then it doesnt hurt to create a profile now, which will not be considered though but later you can update and become eligible. You can edit the application at any time remember!

That means people with less points, out of 600 right? But to gain high points for 1200 and to get 600 we have 3 options either through Arranged Employment or Canadian Job Offer or PNP nomination. So this draw ONLY excludes people with job offers or people with any of the other two options??

Looks like no one has information about the PNP process. I read some sites and most of them say that either If you have a Job offer or If you have canadian education or experience you will get a nomination if you apply.....and how are we supposed to get a job first when we are not able to change...

You can go ahead and create your profile and once you submit the application you can edit it any time. CIC encourages candidates to update their profile to get more points, like if you have gained more experience or learnt a course or got more IELTS score you have to update it. So dont worry go...

Sometimes the site will be down. Try multiple times, even i faced the problem and I just either reload the page or logout and login again.

Its all about the POINTS mate. Since you have an education in canada you will get more points than some people which will put you on top of some common folks. If you have a job offer its way better than to not have one and stay at a lower position in the list.

You will get the EE application number through message and through e-mail. The verification code can be seen in the first message you get when you register your profile. You can download it as pdf to view.

Use the come to canada wizard and if it says you are eligible then note down the reference number and try to create a new EE profile by giving the eligible reference number. You can create multiple applications/profiles in EE. Good Luck :)

Well for now the Job bank site is not yet functional and open to the canadian employers. As of now you just have to link your Job bank account to your EE profile. I too have the doubt what and how will the pick in the last week of this month happens. ::)
