Hello Does anyone know how long it takes to reschedule the citizenship test ?? I sent my email on Dec 23/2019 so far no reply yet. I am just wondering if this is normal. I did get the automatic reply email tho.

I just found out why I have not received any AOR yet. The address I shipped my package to is the regular mail address instead of the one designated for courier. I am just wondering if anyone here made the same mistake ? I dont know if I should just resend my application again.

I used the Xpresspost service which has a tracking number. According to the Canada post tracking, the package was received already.
