I am in NOC 2172 using DD. I just wonder if any August 2172ers using CC get charged? We see many 2171ers and 2173ers get charged, so what about 2172? I see one of ksa's link that 217x is in a processing group, is it predicted or the truth? I doubt it somehow cuz I can't find a sample.
