Hi, I was approved to be a sponsor and just paid for my spouse's right of PR fee online. How do I send proof to the CIC that I've paid this fee? In the PDF instructions they sent it doesn't really mention this. Many thanks for any help! Raphael

Thanks for clearing that up. Just one more question, if she does leave the country does that mean she no longer has implied status?

So on IEC, she will just get implied status as a vistor (but not to work) because we are waiting for her PR? She does not have to re-apply for a visitor visa?

This is confusing...I read on the forum that IEC is not renewable nor can you get implied status if you on an IEC.

I didn't realize you can apply for open work permit once you get acknowledgement of receipt. We are applying inland, do you have any idea how long it takes to get acknowledgement of receipt? Thanks!
