Hi all! Finally I called them.. so, my package send back on 2nd of March.. It was received by CIC on 19th of December

I mailed them 2 days ago but till now no answer ...

so, if I don't have my documents yet (they are in Sydney), I can apply for EE? But what about proof of language and education? What if I'll get ITA and at that moment I will not receive my documents from CIC?

I'm 19Dec applicant and till now any news - no CC, no package rerurn... it's very difficult just to wait.. all of my docs are in Sidney.. without them I can't apply for EE..

But how they charged money if they saw the cap situation. .I don't think its true.. because if u didn't reached 1000 then they have no reason to charge money from you... smth strange..
