If you're asking about photo with ppr, then they would have provided you the size of image, you just have to show it to photographer, they'll do it the same way.

Hi Preet, You have to go there at chd office with ur passport, 2 recent photographs and printed copy of ppr letter. In ppr letter there is one form to be filled by you. They will charge you fees i.e; 1070/- rs. Thats all.

For that case, you can get an affidavit from ur husband name saying that, I so and so write both names for eg Mr.x and Mr.xy they both are same person. We also had same problem so we had submitted affidavit along with the application. But I don't know whether you can submitt it now or not.
