Congrats...No need to worry about that. Usually, thats normal as CIC completed the BG and Security checks and now it is not needed at this time until theu make a decision and it will change to Passed once your application final decision status to approved

I wish its a good news for you. Coz what I have seen here so far is that 95% cases reported here has a direct refusal letter before decision made status. The other way to look in to this is 95% of those whose ECAS is decision made but no request letter means you may expect a positive news...

They will refund the fee if one is approved. But make sure you do not submit under same category/stream. Also, you will have 60 days to submit the application and you may know by then on the CSE.

It is normal, since you r the Princial Applicant it will only show up on your UCI. This is because in future if the principal applicant's file is refused it will nit be reflected on the dependent UCI.

In the same letter you received for the payment of RPRF, you can see a statement, which states that you can email the payment receipt to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca You can do it either way from MyCIC or via email to CPC-Ottawa. Good Luck!!
