We have ~ same timeline, app. received on 13 November, PER on 4 February.. and I expect MR on 30 of May ;D ;D ;D...but I will wait first of all your MR, then mine :D

I am pretty sure that Bucharest VO is busy with QSW, because I've noticed that guys from our country which have applied on QSW, now, they received MR, PPR and so on. I am happy for them, because they started the process from 2011, but I don't know how much time VO will offer for processing QSW...

You have to be perseverant, ignore what robot says and go forward till you will have a dialog with an officer.

hmm..very strange, maybe you should call to the VO and ask about Ecas? I think a simple e-mail is not enough, a call will be a better choice. I don't think that there is something negative, don't despair. Please keep us informed and good luck for you!!
