The wait is worsening day by day. Why there is so much delay for some applicants and some have received PPR?

If they are processing alphabetically than Chirag should have received PPR by now. Any other guess why there are delay in MR/PPR?

What could be the reason for PPR delay of more than 60 days for many of the cases? Even MR is delayed to for more than 60 days for few of them? Any reason? When can on expect PPR? After how many days? When can on expect MR? After how many days?
