Doesn't the PPR letter provide both options already? Mine contains both options, submit in Canada or submit outside Canada (vfs).

I have been waiting for PPR since PA DM on Dec 3. I sent a webform enquiry and got a response that the application is still in process and wait for 2 years to complete. Not sure what "process" is remaining after decision has been made. Maybe the case officer is still on vacation :)

I am waiting for PPR with DM for PA being Dec 3, file at Mississauga. App received May 9th. Most of the people from that time have received PPR. Anyone else waiting like me?

Does anyone know if Max Multi Speciality Centre, Lajpat Nagar is enabled with the eMedical system? Do we need to take 4 photographs when going for medical at this place. I read on another thread that the one at Shanti Niketan does have eMedical (so, no photographs required).

I did, I still think it applies to most cases of "work permit" applications, not pgp. I guess we will find out.

The link you have cited is for work permit, not pgp. Looks like its a different requirement for different streams. For express entry, its 10 years. I haven't found anything specific for pgp.
