My NOC was capped in Oct. nd m Dec applicant..dts y wannna apply for this but unfortunately can't apply for mpnp bcoz it requires connection there and I have no frnd or relative in manitoba :(

It means they are not sending any rejection mail to applicants .. who wants to chk application's status jst make a call to them 8)

There may be chances that documents can be misplaced or lost but there are chances that CIC will not send any rejection email? now its more than 5months but so far no update from CIC
