Thanks for the response and this is my concern that cic will not be able to verify the report untill it is under review. But as you said 'time being essence here' ,I will submit my application and will see what happens... I do not know how to add +1 being new on the forum.

Thank you so much your response, I do understand that there are other organisations doing evaluation but it is really difficult to get the documents signed by controller of examinations again as I no longer reside from where I completed my education.It will more time to do the whole process...
