Re: Advice needed I have enough canadian experience (around 21 months now and 18 months when I submitted the application). The clear reason was my application reached after the cap as per MI 12. so not eligible.

I am 100% agree with your point jaffa83!!! Even I did basic checks(called CIC call center + checked with all my friends who applied in nov and dec..none of them got their application back or no other news..few of them also applied thorugh laywers as well). We will have to ignore this things and...
