I just received a doc request to submit form IMM5768 (financial evaluation) in case it's not in my application. It was submitted. anybody else getting request for docs included ? any idea what the resongin is? I marked 'yes' so cic can access my cra records.

We used scans. I recommend getting the Adobe Scan app - it's really helpful and you can easily take pictures of your signed docs and send them to other parties via email. The only thing my parents mailed were the pictures.

Hey Members, I see that the checklist needs to be signed by sponsor as per the guide, but I dont see any place on it to sign. Any ideas or am I missing something...

hey members, I'm just finishing up the application and I'm wondering about the name discrepancy for my co signer. His passport does not list his middle name. Becuase of that the middle name is not to be included in the Application to sponsor (IMM1344) but it seems to me (based on the guide)...

I got mine via email. Check your spam folder, they sometimes end up there. In the letter they ask to bring the original application to the test. I send it the original but made copies of it. I hope this will be enough, do you think this may cause a problem?

I'm so sorry to hear that! I can be something minor, such as you forgot to check a box that CIC can access your docs from other agencies, it can be a mistake on behalf of the immigration office (human error) or missing docs etc... If you made copies of all docs you sent to CIC, I'd review them...
