Should I call cic on monday and make an appointment before the copr arrives? How long is usually the copr expiry?

My status changed to decision made but i havent received the copr in the mail yet. If i am in canada at this point what happens? Do i have to leave the country and re enter again?

Nothing in the mail today either. I feel like this weekend will suck so badly because that is all i am thinking about. You would think that in the email they would have at least written CONGRATULATIONS for waiting this damn long.
