just starting this thread for applicant waiting for second review. I applied in last week of January 2014, notes show need second review as job duties does not match. no mr yet.

guys have a question, I am jan applicant but not received mr yet, want to do upfront medical and my fees as I am going out of Canada for few months. can any body guide me how to do it. thaks ( request notes it shows file is pending second review but job duties does not match0
