I would suggest you to attach some pay stubs along with your application to make your case stronger. On paystubs it will show your vacation balance.

Are you sure you sent to the address CPC-ottawa... ? I sent them email on Wednesday morning and got new instructions about a day later. You should try calling them then. Good luck!

Why don't you just send it along with the passport, it's safer anyway. And I think there's an appendix page for you to fill in anyway right? Might as well print out the email and send it. Doesn't hurt anything :P

Send them an email to the email address mentioned in your "ready to Visa" mail. It takes them about 1-2 days to reply with new instructions. Theres no need to provide any proof, just tell them youre no longer in London.

As long as you have a reference letter from your manager stating your duties and salary, everything that's stated on the CIC website then you are good to go.
