My Wife and Kids received a letter confirming her permant resident status in Canada. This happened without any interview. :)

Nothing on our end either. We got AIP and DM and Sponsor Approved and they send us a letter at the end of February that we should expect a letter in the mail with an invitation to the Landing Interview. And that's were it stopped

We are in the exact same boat as you. No word or even ghost updates on file.

You will need a new SIN number. The Temp Visa holders all get a SIN number starting with a 9 as first number, You will get a new one starting from 1 to 7 depending on the province you are in

You don't have to wait to receive PR card to start working. You will get a yellow paper saying that you are a landed Immigrant now. With this paper you can get your new SIN Number.

Hello everybody. Is here some body who hasn`t gotten their Landing interview for Vancouver Office ? We got AIP on Febr 28. I send a case specific Inquiry a week later.Response was that we SHOULD hear something by May28 latest. Looking on our Spreedsheet this sounds weird to me/

Thank you, I did call and got told it might take 4 weeks to receive the invitation letter. Hope it goes faster then that.

Anybody know how to contact CIC over the phone ? Which numbers do I have to enter to talk to an agent?

There is also no letter if I log onto her account and account still not updated. I sent an case specific enquiry just now.

It looks like its DM as well, I "the Sponsor" got a letter of approvel. My Wife got two letters. First letter says the find she is eligible Second letter says its approved and to wait for an invitation Letter from Vancouver office. Should I call? And who? no news on her profile. Also not...
