    Dana reason to apply is so that he/she can travel to UK easily. So yes that take precedence over World (Hong Kong) issues. Most of the people who were very vocal here are now quite because they got Biden/Harris in US and are expecting their GC will process quickly so Canadian citizenship...

    I am assuming here that it is a Job reference letter. My cousin's organization weren't issuing him a reference letter, he just attached a self attested Notarized letter along with salary certificates, promotion letters and most importantly the email which you sent to your HR and their response...
