Hi all, After medicals in April 2015, NDVO asked for fingerprint scanning in July 2015, Finally PPR in Nov 2015. Anyone who is asked for fingerprint scanning by NDVO should expect 3-4 months delay. Today sent the passports to Ottawa and will let everyone know when i receive them back.
