Dguru, Go ahead and send your passports with a cover mail informing them about your new addition as well as the various means you had exploited in trying to reach AVO.As this was the case with me;i got a phone call exactly aweek after sending them mail to inform them about our expected...

Reason being that, my wife was pregnant and close to her EDD when our PPR arrived.I had to inform AVO and we were asked to let them know when she puts to bed so as to include our new addition(daughter in this case). We left our passports with AVO and did exactly as they had requested.

Ayobunmi have you received your pick up mail yet? As my daughter's passport got to them on the 1st of February and am yet to hear from them.

Exactly one month today AVO received my new addition's Passport based on our tracking details. This makes 5Passports in their possession, as mine and that of my other family members have been with AVO since August 2015. I am trusting God our pickup mail will arrive anytime now...kind of...
