u probably have a file number? it is different from UCI. but UCI should be identical to all your immigration apps.

No need for the documents to come back to use them to re apply. U get two original copies from ielts and from wes. Just use the second one. And the rest of the documents are copies. Exept the reference letter; just get another one from your employer. Unless u have lmia; this is the last chance...

It doesnt matter if it's on a commission or not. But this is our last chance. As we cannot apply under ee. What did u include in your reference letter? Can u type in the job description? And did u apply under self employed?

They usually reply back in 2 months period. Probably it got returned bec of unmatched job description with hsdr website.

U can still apply under arranged employment even tho if u dont have a positive lmia; but it is ONLY for certain types of lmia exemptions. Maybe ur work permit falls under that category, Double check that. And for express entry. No matter how on earth u got a work permit (with or witout lmia)...
