See...medical date is indeed imp...because if the applicant does nt receive his or her visa before expiry of the medical..i.e 1 yr ...he will hv to do medical again...SIMPLY ADDING DAYS TO THE PROCESS...and what all I say is out of my own exp...not heard or read story...when I applied under FSW...

What I see is...they consider 1 yr from date of medical..as the person has to tk entry before completing 1 yr of medical...because we are March 20th applicants and its been 12 months since our file was received and only we received our visa....with just 3 months expiry...

This is a stupid thing on the lawyers part...if you are already therr and ur spouse is flying to stay with you..the spouse does not need to carry even a single penny...this is the con of using a rep. For ur file processing..we did everything ourselves and no such clause has been mentioned in...

Yes...we got them back..after requesting from the embassy and showing that out tickets are booked ...we are so happy...i will fly bck with my spouse this time...

For us it was 25 days...for the PP to come back...usually it takes max 10 days...bt idk why it took so long..out of frustration we wrote and email to the delhiimmigration...that we need the passports back..lol..and they sent it the same day..

Hi.. Yes COPR always comes along in the packet carrying passport.. We emailed at DELHIIMMIGRATION@INTERNATIONAL.GC.CA

Thank you everyone...we received PP back..bt it took 3 weeks plus for them.to stamp it and also we had to write to them that plz return us the passport as our tickets hv been booked....and for the first time ever...they replied the same day ...within 1 hr and sd that tbey hv dispatched the...

Hi all... Passports submitted on 12 feb..delivered to embassy 13 feb...when cn we expect them back..automated machine status says file approved but no change in cic check my application status page..it shows only DM...what to expect now..

How many days does ndvo take to stamp Visa...we hv nt yet heard bck for passport collection...since 12 th feb we deposited it at vfs...ANY COMMEMTS

They need option C certificate for sure...even if you send ur T4 and pay stubs..still they need you to file your income tax and obtain optio C

Our passport is till with the embassy and we are expecting visa loaded PP back by next weekend.. FRIENDS...who are in canada away from their spouses...plz visit them.without fear if you have received DM on sponspor file ...it does not matter to the embassy..where you are..all they need us you...
