i've read past posts and discovered that cem won't contact the applicant anymore after dm. the package containing the passport will just be delivered to the applicant. i wish cem would at least give us a tracking number for convenience. the best we can do is call wwwexpress at 8798888 to inquire...

I agree! Haha! Although the waiting time from DM to "passport received" ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. Can anyone verify if we will still receive an e-mail from CEM before we actually receive the package containing the passport? Thanks!
