Wont take 70 days. Couple of weeks after landing ecas will show completed, instead of decison made. Address change tab will appear after that.

First let them update on ecas the addresss you initially gave. Then it will show a tab to change the address.

Today my ecas status showing two status. one is for pr appliation which is complete.I landed on 15 july 15. and after three weeks. I applied for PRTD on 30 august 15. and second status ecas appreared on 7th september. it says we started processing your application for pr card on 2nd september...

you can call using your land line or cell phone. Time to load 100 DHS card. !!!!!

you need to call them and check the reason for dealy.
