Hey thank you but I guess this time I got my visa..I got my passport request.i have submitted my passport.those rejections which I was discussing was about my past two rejections.

What kind of visa is it? I mean student spouse? Or ur spouse is working? How did u apply through consultancy?

Usually when it is rejected u get ur passport has been dispatched.. 90% it got rejected ..10% there is chance of approval..have u done your medicals

Hi Abhishek I don't think so student visa will favour you. As you already applied open work permit visa and it got rejected and if you gonna apply student visa now the chances of rejecting student visa is more and it happend too with few applicants. I have seen similar cases in the same forum...
