Surprised to see the second line before u receive the PER mail. I see a guy 02 sep Appl rec date, 16 Dec PER, 19 Feb second line got MR on 14 Mar in NOC 4011 (SS) Dont know on wt basis NDVO prioritizing MRs. Any guess for the unusual delay happened in ur case?

It will take 2 months maximum by normal post. Guys who expects return of applications keep in touch in this forum to track..will be useful for others..and this is the only way of tracking.

Hope u have seen NOC 4011 thread... U can call CIC and get information...As far as i read, the Cap is filled in Oct for our NOC.
