I think they may have put most of their resources to 2174 this week to clear out the path. Same thing may happen to 1112,2171 and 2173 next week. So after that the process will get faster for the rest.

The scary part is , if you get rejected after positive eligibility determination you will loose your chance this year and also loose hell lot of money. Its like double jeopardy.
