Actually our employer income less in 2020 they divided income half half in business and personal for tax save, please suggest can employer reassess there tax or any option please suggest

Hi, my sister is august 2019 applicant and aor September 2019 after that no update, no noc request that mostly applicants got in nov dec 2019 and no employer update form! We should wait or wht ?
