I don't think so, I submitted one of the forms printed and scanned.

Venezuelan ones, translated (one was as I got them from the website, the other had the apostille as it was requested for Chile). The Chilean ones I also got them online and translated them. Hope that helps

No news today. I even got an email for IRCC to participate on a survey and you can imagine how I felt when first seein an email from IRCC and then realizing it was a SURVEY and not the golden ticket. Anyways. I am hoping tomorrow is the day.

Hello, So the system does not ask for payment anymore? I actually applied already and paid. I wonder if I should ask for a refund.

Use a webform (CSE) to add the documents you need. Use the tracker to verify when they receive the documents after.

I did the webform and it was acknowledged but still waiting for medicals to show approved.

I submitted a CSE (IRCC web form) attaching my dad's previous eMedicals. In the meantime my mom got PPR. I got an email back that they acknowledged the receipt of my "documents" for the CSE submitted. So I am waiting to see if my dad's medical are updated before sending my mom's passport.
