hello friends... I am 10th June applicant . I had recieved PER on 8 october 2014. ECAS STATUS SECOND LINE updated on16 NOV 2014 that ... "we have started processing application on 13 NOV 2014" . Till today there is no further update, What could be the reason? can I do CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY...
