My parents got COPR after Mar 18, but according to the latest travel rules, Immediate family members of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident can come to Canada and stay for 15 days or longer. So I guess they now can come to landing?

Hi, I just received an email from CIC, "Your application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019." However, I cannot find the application to link to my CIC account, all I have is a file number now. Is this the letter of AOR?

I have a question, I saw there are people sent application later than me and they have received ECAS, but I haven't heard anything and I called CIC they said they cannot find it in system and let me keep waiting... Is it normal? The CIC receiving signature date was May 16 for my application...
