What is supposed to be written in the "FINALIZE APPLICATION" section, because in mine it is written: FINALIZE APPLICATION DOCUMENT ISSUANCE: 0 REFUSAL GROUNDS What does refusal grounds mean? It just freaks me out.- blackrose

Hi all, I applied for PhD stream 5th of Dec. 2013, my PER was issued on 5th of Fab. Based on my online application status, they started to process my application on 5th of September, but still I did get any email about their decision. Hi guys, I have submitted my application on 5th of December and I got my PER on 5th of February. My online CIC profile says that the process has been started on 5th of September, almost 1 month, but still waiting. is anyone out there with same situation?- blackrose
