There is no need to send your CSQ as Quebec will send it to CIC automatically. However, you can send your visa office a case specific enquiry with a scanned copy of your CSQ to be on the safe side.

Andrew, you might be right on. My wife hasnt been in Canada since we applied in May and her passport will only expire in 3 years. Hope this can shed some light on the criteria used on who gets this request. Cheers

My wife got a card from Royal Mail today but unfortunately its too late to go get it. Does CIC send the COPR by royalmail? It does say flat parcel and it needs to be signed. DM was last saturday

From what i have read so far, there is no need to send the passport since she is from a visa exempt country UK. fingers crossed the copr comes fast.
