We can enquire to VO if passport doesn't get back in 4 weeks time. Maximum 4 weeks is standard time for all VO for visa stamping. I advise you to contact embassy ASAP

Abu Dhabi embassy accepts 2 passports by options. One personal submission and another by Aramex.
