I was charged on 22 Nov and ECAS showed around 9 Dec. PER 12 Dec. I think it is early to be worried.

You are right. I was checking and it was updated before PER mail.

In our case, it was updated 4 days before PER mail.

Is there a possibility that you deleted the junk mail folder without checking? PER mail might have ended up there. Did you send a case specific inquiry? That is the only way to be sure at this point. I hope you will get MR request soon.

At the tourist visa, it's without a dash. If you are checking from work permit, etc (if you have a A4 size additional visa page) then it is written with a dash.

I haven't received PER mail. When I check ECAS it shows "in progress" underlined. When I click it, it is written "We received your Application ..." What does it mean? Thanks and good luck to all.

My son was also born in Canada. We added him as a dependent just to be on the safe side. They did not charge us for him. I think you better send them her birth certificate.
