Hi Floje, my suggestion is just include in your letter that you already paid part of your tuition fee and attach the OR or any form of proof of paymeny. Tapos dun sa funds available for your stay, consider your payment as "cash" pa din so add it up to what you have. Para pag nag-counter check...
