New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

Yup she does have an indian passport. But where would the passport request come from. Because sending it from USA to India would make no sense. As that is quite risky. Would they request it from a US location? Thanks.

New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

hmmm, yeah that's what I thought originally as well. So lets say the passport request comes in, where would the passport have to be sent? If it's India, that's messed up, to send it from USA to India, and then India to USA.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

True, but my concern is that it's a bit risky mailing in the passport all the way from the US to India, and then India mailing it back to the US, if that's the case. But if that's how it has to be done, then that's what it is.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Maybe I am misunderstanding. Sure the COPR will come from the lets say in this case "Indian Office", however, since she is living in the US, I would assume she would have to send her passport etc for stamping to a US location perhaps? Because it wouldn't make sense to send it all the way to...

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Ahh okay that makes sense. So I would assume, lets say she gets approved, they would still request her passport from one of the US locations I would assume right?

Scope of getting a JOB in Canada with Bachelor of Engineering Degree from INDIA.

Get ready to flip burgers buddy. Your education in Canada does not really matter. You will probably have to start again, by that I mean get a Canadian education, and then get Canadian work experience. Don't take this the wrong way, but that's how it just goes here. Just being honest.
