    I have seen many of the Applicants are in same status. For me, Final:Approved (per GCMS) from Oct 01,2020. No updates from IRCC till now.

    Yes, Same for me. Got to know about Approval (Approved on Oct 01) through GCMS notes. Did you anytime call IRCC and asked for when can the PPR be expected ?

    I have same details as yours. No PPR yet. :| Everytime I call IRCC, they say Final decision pending. Out of options now. I believe it will be just wait.

    If you are an Inland, then you will not have Counterfoil.

    VO Ottawa. There is no print queue. I do see COPR/counterfoil generated though, but no idea what is holding the PPR.
