    When a new passport is issued, the old PP number is also displayed, so do not worry too much about it. Why dont you send both new and the old? In the meantime, you can also send a copy of the new passport to WVO.

    FYI... It will be the same visa officer...unless transferred to another visa office. Second officer is involved if the case requires positive/negative evaluation, but the owner will be the primary visa officer.
