They didn't give any format too. They should give a good reason to reject our case. In Federal skilled worker program people have sent same ITR v form. Only Quebec has problem with ITR.

I applied in Feb 2013 n received AOR in May 2013.

Better you call them on information service number. They will tell you status of your application. Definitely it's in processing as it's been over 2 years.
