FYI, all our correspondence took place over email, not mail. Hubby picked up his stamped passport and COPR from VAC and he's flying over this weekend. I wish everyone best of luck and speedy reunions!!!

You can get that message even if one field is wrong. If doing file #, enter applicant's info And birthday ... If doing UCI client ID, enter sponsor's birthday...

Hey again, Oh gosh, all the details one must take into consideration! The VAC responded that the process takes 24 hours but that makes no sense unless the courier stays from 10AM to 2PM to get the passport picked up same day; which clearly did not happen in our case as it's been >24 hours now...

Well guys, my time has come... We received passport request! We applied in Mississauga in October of 2014. Mississauga took a bit longer than expected but luckily Vienna was very efficient in our case. My only advice is to address them politely and honestly - mentioning "piles" or "anger"...
