For Passport application it’s a requirement « Any valid Canadian travel document » issued to you. Can PR card can be added as a proof although I cut it during the Oath. Any suggestions?

You right, using Adode Reader we cannot edit after saving it once. Only work around is to start filling it and use save in the Acrobat Reader(as 116sg17 mentioned) not on the form and don't close form further, then you can fill it forward :)

Hi, Oath went pretty smooth. Yesterday, got the Citizenship certificate :) . I am going through Passport form and cannot update the form after saving it once. Any idea, what is the best way to fill it ?

Finally some movement from Mississauga office :(. Got Oath Ceremony scheduled for 15th Feb 2022.

Anybody knows how much time it takes when you are queued to be scheduled for a virtual citizenship ceremony ?

Any idea , how much time it takes to get the Oath status in progress when old tracker shows Decision Made ?

My home country passport is expiring in January 2022 but there is no update on the Oath ceremony yet. My question is, do I need to renew my passport or expired passport works while surrendering it ?

Actually all my statuses except Oath ceremony completed on 2nd Dec but on old tracker it’s still in Inprogress and on new tracker Ceremony status is not started yet. Not sure, it will take more than a month to start Ceremony.

Could you please let me know how many days it took from previous status to Decision made ?

As per my discussion with the person who took my Fingerprints, these are valid for 1 yr only. Don’t be surprised,I gave my Fingerprints twice for Citizenship application. First in 2020 when process started and second in 2021 after Citizenship Test

I was in the same scenario 1 week back. Did you try sending a webform request and attaching the FP acknowledgement receipt you received from agency ? I did the same and my status updated in a week.

I submitted my Finger prints in Nov and inquired have they received them or they still need anything from my side. Also,attached my Finger print acknowledgment receipt along with Webform request.

You don’t get any email notifications for any status changes you mentioned above. I would recommend sending webform request / calling them. My Background checks only got complete after sending webform request

Finally my Background checks are marked as complete as of today after sending webform request on 26 Nov. Now, waiting for Oath ceremony to start. How much time it takes to get Oath after all the previous statuses are completed ?

Is the webform request open for Citizenship applications ? I tried initial steps and it only mentions PR, student , visitor and worker.citizenship type is not in the list. Is there any direct link to submit webform request for citizenship application?
