    Yes Vienna has had our application since Oct 15/13. I am his sponsor and legal rep although not a lawyer. I wrote a letter saying it was 18 months and we had not heard anything. A week later, VO wrote back and now My partner in Budapest, is scheduled for an Interview April 23 in Vienna.
